Amanda Claire Goulart of Elkhorn is the featured artist for the month of December at the Government Center on the square in Elkhorn. The exhibit displays a variety of media from colored pencil, watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, ceramics, and sticks. “Yes,” exclaims the artist, “I mean pieces of tree!” Goulart expresses special gratitude to Alice Winn, art teacher at the Elkhorn Area High School for her artistic influence though her art classes.
