WCAC will be honoring David Block for his leadership in the establishment of the Phoenix Park Band Shell and summer music programs. We will also be honoring the United Church of Christ-Congregational in Delavan for their outreach in the Arts and particularly for their annual Fine Arts Day Camp. Toe to Toe Ballet Studio in Elkhorn will be providing us with a dance program. Election of Members to the Board of Directors will also be a part of the meeting.
